Redemption

(SEE CARD) Gift Cards must be redeemed through the Fairway Rewards website www.fairwayrewards.com, or through our Concierge Service at (877) 270-7273. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card value. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card. To view Gift Card balances, visit www.fairwayrewards.com.

Tee Time Reservation Procedure

Choose a golf course, select the number of players, and request date and tee time. Upon confirmation of tee time, a Fairway Reward Gift Card may be used for payment. If there is a balance remaining on the card, it will be available for future use. If total amount due exceeds the amount available on gift card, the balance due may be charged to a credit card. The confirmed reservation with receipt is then emailed to the player. The player must check-in at least 15 minutes prior to their tee time reservation and bring the confirmation receipt with them. Cancelation policies vary by golf course and will be printed on players receipt.

 

All green fee rates are subject to change at any time. If you book a tee time inside the golf course's cancellation policy window (for example: cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to your tee time and you book that tee time 24 hours before play) you may be charged a cancellation fee or the full amount of the green fees being booked (subject to the golf course policy). To cancel a tee time prior to the cancellation policy window expiration, send your request to www.contact@fairwayrewards.com. To notify Fairway Rewards of a cancellation after the cancellation policy window has expired (due to inclement weather, course closure, etc.), contact Fairway Rewards at 1 (877) 270-7273, or www.contact@fairwayrewards.com and we will do everything in our power to reschedule your tee time.

Limitations

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Card balances in a Fairway Rewards account may not be transferred.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Fraud

Fairway Rewards will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a Gift Card is fraudulently.

Limitation of Liability

FAIRWAY REWARDS LLC MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to Fairway Rewards Gift Cards in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Nevada, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
