Q: What does the gift card look like and how is it presented to my recipient?
A: The gift card of your choice is adhered to an 8.5"x11" golf theme carrier. This carrier can be personalized with a text message to your recipient at no additional fee. If you'd like to send your recipient a nicer package, you can upgrade to a nice 5"x7" golf course greeting card for an additional $0.99. The 5"x7" greeting card has a picture of a golf course on the front with a cut-out revealing your special gift card inside. A personalized text message can be included in this standard greeting card as well for no additional fee.
The gift card is a standard CR80 card and looks just like a gift card you'd buy in the store.

Q: Can I send a gift card without a gift card carrier?
A: All cards can be delivered without the carrier. If you'd like to deliver an individual card to your recipient yourself, we suggest you ship the card to yourself first.

Q: How will the gift card arrive to my recipient?
A: The package arrives as a plain white sealed envelope. We carefully package your gift in this unobtrusive way to prevent potential mail theft. Within the envelope, your gift card is adhered to an 8.5"x11" golf theme carrier. If you've elected to personalize the gift, the carrier will be printed with your personalized text message. If you opted to upgrade your packaging to the nicer 5"x7" standard greeting card, the package will still arrive in a plain white sealed envelope.

Q: Can the dollar amount on the gift card be changed?
A: The dollar amount on a gift card can only be changed in one way. Once the card has been purchased and printed, the amount is set and ready for purchase. Upon use, the card balance is deducted by the amount used. If you would like to increase the amount we can mail additional cards that can be purchased at FairwayRewards.com

A: Please call FairwayRewards.com Customer Service at (877) 270-7273. We will do what we can to correct the address, but please note, if we have already started processing your order, we will not be able to change the "ship to" address.

Shipping Information
Q: How long does it usually take for the gift card(s) to be sent out?
A: Your cards will generally be printed and mailed within 2-3 business days. How long it takes to arrive at the destination depends on the shipping method you select:
- Standard - U.S. Post Office. Your cards will be delivered via 1st Class Mail which usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
- 2 - 5 Business Days – Ground. Your cards should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Includes real-time tracking of the delivery of your order.
- 2 Business Days – Your cards should arrive within 2 business days. Includes real-time tracking of the delivery of your order.
- Overnight – Standard Overnight. Your cards will arrive 1 – 2 business days after the order was fulfilled. Includes real-time tracking of the delivery of your order. For Standard Overnight orders, packages will not be delivered on weekends. All purchases ordered Thursday or later will not be delivered until Monday of the following week.
Q: How much does it cost to ship my card?
A: Shipping prices are based on the number of cards you have in a shipment, the address to which you are sending your order, and the delivery method you select. We do get favorable pricing from our shipping vendors and will give you the best available pricing at the time of your order.

Greeting Card Options
There are two different Greeting Card options for any gift card purchased from FairwayRewards.com:
Standard Card Carrier – The Card Carrier is a standard white paper letter your gift card is attached to when it is shipped. If you provide the recipient's name, a gift message, and/or purchaser's name (your name), we will include on the Golf Theme Card Carrier. We offer this option free to all customers.
Greeting Card – The Greeting Card is a professionally designed, colorful card that is perfect for presenting and highlighting any gift card. The card can be personalized with a special message of greeting, congratulation, or other sentiment, including special occasion or holiday. It also comes with a matching white envelope to place the greeting card in. Each card is $0.99.
Delivery Options
Your cards will generally be printed and mailed within 2-3 business days. How long it takes to arrive at the destination depends on the delivery option you select. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.FairwayRewards.com and the Shipping Preference you choose, different Delivery Options are available. Each delivery option has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
- 3 - 5 Business Days – Standard First Class Mail. Your card should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
- 2 - 5 Business Days – Ground. Your cards should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Includes real-time tracking of the delivery of your order.

Bulk Order
We define a Bulk Order as, where total order quantity is 10 or greater, and where ALL cards are shipped to the same address. For Bulk Orders, gift cards are packaged together, fulfilled and shipped separately from all other items in the order.
We offer the following delivery options for Bulk Orders:
